The Innkeeper is a shop NPC that can be found in the adventures inn in the town of Aresis. The adventurers inn is a building located next to the Townhall. When Interacted with he will say "How may I help you?"

Can I get one Apple cider?
He adds one apple cider to the player's consumables wheel and takes 15 gold.
What is this place?
"This is the adventurers inn, where you can hang out with your fellow adventurers"
Who do those swords in the frame belong to?
"They belong to the ancient heroes of this town who once protected the village when in dire need. They are now stored here as a relic"
